A. Yes we do with all of our candy and Root candles. Our frozen products are available in most areas, but you should call to ask about your area.

Q. Do you have a minimum order?
A. Yes. We require only 12 carriers of candy for a minimum order.
Q. How much profit do I make on the candy I sell?
A. You can make up to 50% profit on your sale. Call us at 800-221-8889 to see which products qualify.
Q. Can I mix different brands of candy?
A. Yes. We encourage you to sell a variety of candies. Mix and match to make your order!
Q. Who pays for shipping?
A. There are no shipping charges with our company on candy items. We include the cost of shipping in our prices so there are no surprises when you receive your order. (Many companies send you more candy to sell to pay for freight or charge you separately for shipping).
Q. How do I pay for the candy?
A. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and money orders. We offer 30-day credit terms to all approved school groups with a Board Office Purchase Order. Call us at 800-221-8889 if you have questions about receiving credit terms for your group.
Q. Once I place my order, how long does it take to get the candy?
A. Shipping times will vary, but your order will be processed the day it is received and candy is almost always delivered within a few days.
Q. How will the candy be shipped?
A. Candy will be shipped either by UPS or a common carrier truck.
Q. Where will the candy be shipped from?
A. We ship candies from our climate-controlled warehouse in Akron, Ohio, and from 20 distribution centers located throughout the United States.
Q. Can I return unsold candy?
A. No. Candy is a perishable product, and to ensure freshness to all of our customers we cannot accept returns. We will accept returns of product to organizations within a 60-mile radius of Akron, Ohio with which we have made an agreement with before their sale starts. Candy must be stored in a climate-controlled environment where there can be no damage.

A. The easiest way to get started is to call us and be prepared to offer information such as how many members will be participating and the dollar amount that your organization is trying to raise. A. Yes, there can be many differences between Fundraising Distributors. We suggest you contact several and compare their different programs.
